Subscription notice: If you purchase a subscription through Apple, your payment is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s applicable payment, renewal, and cancellation terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solvsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Solvsy provides tools for service businesses to manage customers, jobs, invoices, estimates, expenses, schedules, and team members.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require an active paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation details are shown in the app and in Apple’s purchase flow where applicable.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Firebase, Stripe, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvsy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
